If you are planning to play a winter sport please check with the health office to ensure you have an updated physical on file. Physicals must have been obtained in the last year after November 1st 2019. There are no sports physicals being done at Charlotte Valley at this time so you must make an appointment with your provider. Please don't wait to ensure you are ready to play now.
