Charlotte Valley Athletes/Parents,
It is a requirement for athletes and parents to attend a preseason athletic program meeting if planning to participate in a fall sport. At this meeting, expectations, policies, and procedures are discussed pertaining to the athletic program at Charlotte Valley.
For those who could not attend the meeting yesterday, an additional meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 23rd at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium.
It is required that all athletes, along with at least one parent, attend this meeting. If you are not able to make this meeting, please call Eric Whipple to set up a time to meet individually to discuss the meeting’s content. (All athletes signed into the August 9th meeting have met this requirement and need not attend another meeting)
Athletes will be eligible to practice, but will be ineligible to participate in any contest until participation in the preseason meeting is met.
